the situation.
staff were already pasting work into whatever tool they had found themselves, which is what happens when a business does not give people an answer. the group held information it could not put through a public service, and the usual products all wanted the data to travel.

a platform that runs inside the group's own microsoft cloud. staff sign in with the accounts they already have, so there is no second user list and no new password, and removing someone from the business removes them here too.
nothing leaves the tenant. the storage, the logs and the keys all sit under the group's own billing rather than ours.
