What we build
The awkward jobs inside your business
Reading a material spec into a quote. Moving a job between two systems that were never meant to speak. Putting a company’s own documents behind the login its staff already use. These are the jobs worth paying for, and the ones nobody else will quote.
We scope the use case, build the system on our own platform, and run it once it is live. When your problem needs something the platform cannot do yet, we add it. We own the runtime, so we are not waiting on a vendor to agree with us.
Voice agents are one of these builds, and the one people ask for by name. They answer the phone, book the job, and hand the hard calls to a person.
We test every build before it goes live, and again after every change: the same case, run over and over, checked for the same behaviour each time. A system that is right most of the time is worse than no system at all.

Where your data actually lives
Transcripts, agent configuration, embeddings, and audit logs live in Supabase Postgres on AWS ap-southeast-2. Inference runs on AWS Bedrock in Sydney, and voice compute on Fly.io Sydney. Speech recognition and synthesis are reached over TLS, processed in transit and never stored, and regulated customers can have them run in an Australian VPC on request.
That is the first thing a security review asks about. Keeping the round trip onshore also shows up on the call: a caller hears a reply in about 800ms, close enough to a human pause that they stop noticing it.
