Hey Jodie's three plans have different features. Basic takes messages and does not book appointments or transfer calls. Professional adds bookings, transfers and team members, and Premium adds Zapier integrations and priority support.

Hey Jodie's home page quotes a lower figure. Its FAQ, read the same day, says the service costs A$49 a month after the trial, while the pricing page starts at A$99.

Our plans are A$299 a month for 500 minutes, A$599 for 1,000 and A$999 for 2,000, all with GST included. Extra minutes cost A$0.40. Every plan books into a calendar and transfers calls to a person.

Where Hey Jodie is the better choice

Buy Vertical AI if your callers' recordings and transcripts have to rest in Australia. We store them in Sydney, and the AI model runs in Sydney by default. Hey Jodie names Ireland and the United States for call audio, transcripts and summaries.

Where each vendor processes Australian call data

Hey Jodie is Jodie AI Limited, registered in London under company number 16685106. Its privacy policy says it processes personal data in Ireland and the United States by default, for telephony, AI processing and storage. Its data processing addendum is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Hey Jodie shares its sub-processor list on request, under a non-disclosure agreement. A buyer who needs a named processing country has to agree it with Hey Jodie in writing before subscribing, according to the same policy.

Our /security page names every vendor in a call and where it runs. Call records, call servers and the default AI model sit in Sydney. Speech recognition runs on Cartesia in the United States by default, the default voice runs on ElevenLabs in the United States, and the phone carrier, Telnyx, is a United States company.
