Built in Perth for Australian defence industry

Voice AI for defence, where every millisecond counts

We design voice interfaces that work in the hardest environments and are tuned to follow an exact instruction.

The screen below is an illustration. The task card, readings and names are made up.

Built for speed

Speed is tested on every change to the voice pipeline.

  • A latency budget on every change

Each change to the voice pipeline places synthetic phone calls, and it fails when the first word back runs over budget.

  • Failover before the error

A watchdog times the model's first word and moves to a backup model mid-call when the primary is slow, instead of waiting for it to fail.

  • Talk over it and it stops

Speak and the agent stops talking. It filters out its own voice coming back through a speaker, so a hands-free set does not cut it off.

Built for the hardest environments

  1. Knows your words

The recogniser listens for your part numbers, callsigns and place names, and the voice says them the way your people do.

    • Listen-for terms
    • Pronunciations
    • Phonetic alphabet
  2. Tested on your scenarios

We turn the calls your people make into test scenarios and grade every change against them over text, audio and the real phone line.

    • Simulated callers
    • Graded transcripts
    • Same test on each channel
  3. Runs where you need it

Call servers, call records and the AI model run in Sydney. For controlled work we build into an environment you already hold.

    • Sydney hosting
    • Your own tenant
    • Retention you set

Tuned for exact instruction

The rules that matter live in the runtime, where a model under pressure cannot talk its way past them.

  • It reads back before it acts

Readings, part codes and grid references are read back and confirmed before anything is logged or sent.

  • It cannot report done early

The agent cannot say a job was sent until the receiving system confirms it has the job.

  • Codes never reach the model

A verification code is checked on our server. The AI never sees it, so it can never repeat it.

  • A gate before it speaks

A check between the model and the voice can stop a sentence before it is said.

Where it fits in defence industry

Mapped to the sovereign defence industrial priorities in Defence's industry strategy, checked on 27 September 2026.

  • Aircraft maintenance

Hands-free task cards on the hangar floor, with every reading read back and logged against the step.

  • Naval shipbuilding and sustainment

Stores requests and shift handovers by voice for the yards at Henderson, where the government sited submarine sustainment in August 2026.

  • Land vehicles

Workshop lines that take a fault report by voice and raise the job in your maintenance system.

  • Autonomous systems

A voice layer for an operator to task and query a system by speech while their hands stay on the controls.

  • Test and evaluation

Every build is graded against the same scenarios each time, with the recording and transcript kept as evidence.

  • The supply chain

An AI receptionist for the machine shops and suppliers behind the primes, answering every call at any hour.

How a defence build runs

  1. Briefing

We meet the people who will use it and learn the environment, the words and the instructions that cannot be misheard.

  2. Words and scenarios

We load your terms into the agent and write test calls from the tasks your people do.

  3. Build and test

The agent is built and graded against every scenario before anyone relies on it.

  4. Deploy

It goes live on our Sydney platform for unclassified work, or in an environment you hold for anything more.
