Valory pricing and Vertical AI pricing
Valory's plans are Intro at A$149 a month for 100 voice minutes, Core at A$299 for 250, Premium at A$499 for 700, and Enterprise from A$1,299 for 3,000. Extra minutes cost A$0.90 on Intro and fall to A$0.30 on Enterprise. Valory's terms say every fee excludes tax, so Intro costs A$163.90 with GST.
Every Valory plan carries a one-time setup fee from A$990, which covers discovery, call-flow design, integrations, test calls and launch. Outbound calling is a A$99 a month add-on on Intro and Core, and included on Premium and Enterprise.
Our plans are A$299 a month for 500 minutes, A$599 for 1,000 and A$999 for 2,000, with GST included. Extra minutes cost A$0.40. You can build the agent yourself with no setup fee, or pay A$2,490 once for our Launch build.
Both price lists at the same minutes
The table takes the cheapest way to buy each number of minutes on each price list, then adds GST to Valory's figure. Setup fees are left out of the monthly figures.
Valory costs less up to 236 minutes a month, where Intro plus extra minutes reaches A$299 with GST. Above 236 minutes, our Starter plan costs less.

Where each vendor processes Australian call data
Valory's terms and privacy policy say the service is primarily hosted and operated in Australia. Both name providers that may process data in the United States, including OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Twilio and AWS, and say a sub-processor list is available on request.
Section 8.3 of Valory's terms lets it use aggregated or de-identified customer data to train and improve its AI models. We do not train models on customer data, and AWS Bedrock, our default model service, does not store prompts.
Our /security page lists each vendor and where it runs. Call records sit in Sydney and AWS Bedrock runs the model in Sydney by default, while speech recognition and the default voice run in the United States.
