Concurrent calls are the calls a plan includes at the same moment: 2 on Starter, 6 on Growth, 12 on Scale. The custom plan adds more past Scale.
Yes. Forward your number to the agent's number and callers keep dialling the one they know. You can remove the forward at any time.
Agents, recordings and transcripts are stored in Sydney, and the language model runs in Australia by default. The default speech engine runs overseas, and Deepgram's Sydney region is available instead. The phone carrier is an overseas company.
