Feature
Voice quality
How the agent sounds on a phone line, and what it does when a caller talks over it.
It waits its turn
It waits for your caller to finish. A cough, an “mm” or a pause mid-sentence does not make it cut in. Talk over it and it stops, the way a person would.
Speakerphones
On a speakerphone an agent can hear its own voice come back down the line and think the caller is talking, then interrupt itself. This one knows its own words and ignores them, while a real interruption still gets through.
Understood in Australia
Your callers' speech is recognised inside Australia. The audio does not cross the Pacific and back to be understood.
No dead air
If something upstream slows down mid-call, a backup takes over inside the same sentence. Your caller hears a short pause. They do not hear silence, and the call does not drop.
Ready before they speak
Everything the agent needs is connected while the greeting is still playing, so the first thing your caller says gets an answer straight away rather than after a wait.
Says your words right
Tell it how your suburb, your product and your surname are said, and what to listen out for, so it does not mangle the words that matter to your business.
