What happens on the demo call?

Fifteen minutes with one of the founders. We run a live AI voice agent against a scenario from your industry, billing, bookings, support, after-hours, lead qualification, whatever fits, and you hear it answer like a real call would.

What kinds of calls can the agent handle?

Inbound calls. Customer support, lead qualification, after-hours answering, receptionist work, IT helpdesk, and appointment booking are the most common. The agent transfers to a human when it matters and never makes up answers.

Where is the AI hosted?

Accepted Answer

In Australia. The voice pipeline runs on Fly.io infrastructure in Sydney; the database and auth run on Supabase, also in Sydney. Customer audio and transcripts stay onshore.

Does Vertical AI build the voice agent for me, or do I build it?

Accepted Answer

Either. You can build flows yourself on the platform, or we can ship the first one for you. Most teams start with us building the first agent and take over the editing once the patterns are obvious.

Do I need to be in Perth or Australia?

Accepted Answer

No. Vertical AI is Perth-based, but we work with businesses across Australia and internationally. Demos run remotely.
