How long it is kept
Starter keeps calls for 30 days and Growth for 90. On Scale you choose. Anything older is deleted.
Redacted before it is stored
Card numbers, dates of birth and the fields you nominate are stripped on the way in. Zero data retention turns storage off entirely.
Stored in Sydney
Recordings, transcripts and summaries are stored in Sydney. The sub-processor list names every provider that touches a call.
