Person and deal lookup
The agent looks up the caller in Pipedrive and pulls the open deal so it can speak to where things stand.
Activity logs
Every call is recorded as a Pipedrive activity on the person and deal, with a summary and transcript attached.
New people
When a caller isn't in the pipeline, the agent captures their details and creates a new person, ready for a deal.
Next activities and deal updates
The agent can schedule the next activity or update a deal.
Pipedrive setup
It connects with an API key, pasted on a secure hosted page. You do not need a developer.

Choose which actions the agent may use, from lookups only to full read and write. Start with the suggested set and widen it later.
Testing, then publishing
Watch the agent use the live app in the browser tester, then publish. Voice and text agents share the connection.
Questions
Look up and create persons and deals, and log activities. You choose which of those actions the agent is allowed to use.
Your token is held by Composio, the connection broker. The agent only receives a non-secret reference to the connected account.
